Exchange Policy
We offer a 3-day exchange window from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- Original tags, labels, accessories, and packaging must remain attached or included
- A valid proof of purchase, invoice, or receipt must be provided
Please note:
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If the requested item is not available, store credit may be offered
- Items that are worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or missing original tags may not be eligible for exchange
- For hygiene reasons, certain personal-use or intimate items may not be eligible for exchange unless defective or required by applicable law
- We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet these conditions
Order Cancellation
Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase.
If the cancellation is approved:
- The refund will be processed to the original payment method
- Please allow up to 45 days for the refund to be completed, depending on your payment provider
